About the Role
- Efficiently procure materials and services, ensuring the right quality, quantity, price, source, and timing
- Enhance supply chain efficiency and drive optimization to maximize value and meet customer needs
- Adhere to procurement standards and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Align commercial practices with organizational goals
- Utilize BHP commercial knowledge to secure positive negotiation outcomes with local and global vendors
- Manage the end-to-end cycle of Purchase Orders
- Coordinate contract creation, changes, closeout, and approval processes via the Global Contract Management System
- Support contract administration and work with Procurement to improve contract hygiene
- Strive for 100% safety, 100% customer value, and 0% waste
About You
- Strong understanding of D2P Demand to Pay business processes and supply chain, especially in Spend Management
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of end-to-end sourcing/contract management is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, with great interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Understands and practices BOS Principles
This role will be based in Manila with core working hours of 9 pm to 6 am.
