About the Role
We're inviting Auto Electricians with experience in either Field or Mobile Maintenance to register your interest and join our talent pool to be considered for future opportunities with our team.
Working within across Operation Services WAIO sites in the Pilbara region, you will conduct planned and/or breakdown maintenance/shutdowns and repairs (Field) or planned and breakdown maintenance and repairs to predominantly CAT 793F Trucks and CAT 785 Watercarts (Mobile).
FIFO from Perth, these roles will offer an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster.
Responsibilities include:
- Planned and breakdown maintenance on a variety of mobile plant and equipment (mobile)
- Shutdowns, servicing, repairs, planned and breakdown maintenance on variety of field services based heavy mining equipment (field)
- Following scheduled planned / breakdown maintenance and carrying out inspections and repairs on equipment as required
- Executing work orders as per schedule to a high standard
- Scoping and creating 1SAP notifications for preventative work
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- Work to a high degree of safety at all times
About You
- Trade Qualified Auto Electrician
- Previous experience in mining, or a transferrable industry with larger sized earthmoving equipment or/and field services
- Digger and/or drill field experience - Epiroc and Liehberr of advantage (field)
- Cat & Cummins knowledge is highly desirable (mobile)
- Team focused, with a high regard for safety in the workplace
- Highly developed diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work both as part of a diverse team and autonomously where required
