About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Broadmeadow , you will join the BMA Broadmeadow team where you will make a difference each day through providing outstanding support to this dynamic and engaging leadership team.

Working closely with the General Manager to produce deliverables as required.

Key accountabilities include the following:

  • Provide executive administrative support to the GM
  • Responsible for the proactive management of the GM’s diary and email
  • Proactively manage information flow and communications, including internal and external calls, requests and correspondence and delegation of other matters to appropriate employees
  • Maintains confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence and related material
  • Collate and prepare presentations, papers, documents, including collection and interpretation of data from key contacts
  • Manage organisation of day-to-day activities, forward planning and co-ordination of meetings
  • Supports GM on projects as required
  • Supporting the functions of the business where required (HR, Finance, HSE)
  • Site administration tasks such as assisting with external visitors, site access requirements, catering, and other general administration duties

About You

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who has previously supported senior executives with a proven ability to work autonomously, proactively establish priorities and take responsibility for time sensitive deliverables.

  • You have strong problem solving, communication and organisational skills
  • Initiative and talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • You will be an advocate for enabling collaboration and the simplification of tasks and possess strong knowledge of office suite systems.
  • You will have exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure continuity within your span of control
