About the Role

The purpose of the role is to bring support to the PMO (Proyect Management Office) & TES (Total Equipment Strategy) team of MECoE (Maintenance and Engineering Centre of Excellence) Minerals Americas and reporting to the Lead PMO & OCM (Organisational Change Management), developing and managing the deliverables established for Organizational Change Management for all Total Equipment Strategy Fixed Plant Projects Program for Minerals 
Americas. 

 

  • Stakeholder Communication & Engagement Strategies developed and implemented for TES Program. 
  • Support the MECoE PMO&TES team with the day-to-day communications and engagement activities and help ensure adherence and controls across MECoE projects. 
  • Controls processes including project issues, Risk management and Management of Change. 
  • Maintain the OCM documents updated regularly, including Training plan, communication coach plan for Leaders, and all mandatory documents for OCM TES Program  
  • Regular proactive communications on PMO&TES Achievements (Bright Spots,Yammer, MinAm Bulletin, videos, LMS training, etc)  
  • Prepare and ensure the PMO&TES communications for MECoE Global and Site stakeholders, including creation of presentations and facilitate them. 
  • Engages with MECoE MinAm TES Leads and relevant stakeholders in BHP. 
  • Provide support in the project meetings and consolidate the action taken in every meeting. 

About You

To be a successful performer, you will need:

  • Journalist, Communicator or related professional degree.
  • Experience in Communications and Organizational Change Management for Mining or Projects. 
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management in projects, for a significant amount of time.
  • Experience in project Engagement and communications with senior leadership roles.
  • Experience managing communications contracts.

 

  • Great Communication skills. 
  • Capability to engage with different stakeholders. 
  • Microsoft office 
  • Organized and follow timeframes 
  • Great abilities to develop presentations. 
  • Fluent in both, Spanish and English
