About the Role 

Join our high-performing Value Proofing Team at the Perth Repair Centre in Welshpool, where you'll carry out rebuilds on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr Components.

You’ll work a 4/3 day-shift roster (6am–6pm, Monday to Thursday), contributing to fast-paced rebuilds while mentoring maintainers and ensuring all work meets OEM standards. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited too: 

• Conduct Component Rebuilds to OEM Standard
• Use precision tools and technical data to ensure quality 

• Collaborate to meet rebuild deadlines 

• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement 

• Maintain safety, efficiency, and detailed reporting 
     
     

About You 

Essential: 

• Minimum 3yrs Component Rebuild experience.
• Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanical Trade or equivalent.
• High Risk Work Licence.

Desirable: 

• SAP System knowledge. 

• OEM experience. 

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. 

• Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• BHP Standardised Work experience.
