About the Role
Join our high-performing Value Proofing Team at the Perth Repair Centre in Welshpool, where you'll carry out rebuilds on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr Components.
You’ll work a 4/3 day-shift roster (6am–6pm, Monday to Thursday), contributing to fast-paced rebuilds while mentoring maintainers and ensuring all work meets OEM standards.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Conduct Component Rebuilds to OEM Standard
- Use precision tools and technical data to ensure quality
- Collaborate to meet rebuild deadlines
- Mentor team members and support continuous improvement
- Maintain safety, efficiency, and detailed reporting
About You
Essential:
- Minimum 3yrs Component Rebuild experience.
- Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanical Trade or equivalent.
- High Risk Work Licence.
Desirable:
- SAP System knowledge.
- OEM experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- BHP Standardised Work experience.
