About the Role

 

We are looking for Outsourced Infraestructure Administrator, who will have the mission to manage critical Infrastructure contracts. The main responsibilities are: controlling the HSE, operational and commercial performance, and the compliance of regulatory and permits of Outsourced Infrastructure managed. To manage different internal and external stakeholders, cautioning an efficient management of the infrastructure managed in accordance with operational requirements.

 


Main Accountabilities

  • Support the team in the design of strategies regarding operations. 
  • Maintain an active and collaborative approach with the Assets and Functions.
  • To control the performance of the Outsourced Infrastructure agreement, providing advice and guidance.
  • Ensures timely information is provided to management about technical operations, asset integrity, health & safety and environmental issues and the associated action plans.
  • To act as BHP´s counterparty representing Assets under the infrastructure outsourced agreements.
  • Ensure coordination of internal and external resources required to manage.
  • Ensure full compliance of requirements and obligations stated in the Outsourced agreements.
  • To influence third parties in building a continuous improvement culture and high performance.

 

About You

  • Degree in Engineering, Law or any other related field.
  • At least 10 years experience in long term complex contracts management and negotiation experience.
  • Experience in contract management of water treatment plants, chemical plants, energy, etc. 
  • Proven experience in project planning and monitoring.
  • English written and spoken skills (Fluent).
  • This Role is located in Santiago, Chile. But requieres availability to travel to Operations.
