About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Contract Administration Officer to support our Maintenance teams. This is a pivotal role that helps ensure our workforce is site-ready, compliant, and supported—while keeping our records, systems, and document requirements audit-ready.
Please note this is a residential role based at out Hay Point Terminal in Mackay working a Monday – Friday roster. This role will be a Full time Fixed term 12-month contract.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Support workforce planning activities by tracking personnel movements, onboarding/offboarding requirements, and readiness
- Monitor and report on compliance activities (e.g., training completion, competencies/certifications, access requirements)
- Prepare and distribute regular compliance reports (HSS, training, contractor status, outstanding actions)
- Provide support across training, contractor management, and work management systems/tools
- Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and general procurement administration
- Maintain document governance in line with company procedures
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, supervisors, and external contractors and Site functions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (standardised work, simplification, process uplift)
About You
- Experience in administration, compliance reporting, workforce support, or similar is essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage registers/trackers and produce clear reports for leaders and teams
- Effective document control capability, including managing, maintaining, and version-controlling records in line with governance requirements
- Experience in a site-based operations environment (maintenance, projects, shutdowns, resources/industry) is preferred
- Familiarity with contractor onboarding requirements, training/competency systems, and procurement processes (PO/GR)
- Experience with 1SAP highly regarded
