Location: Adelaide Office-based (City or Export Park (Adelaide Airport)), with regular site visits to Carrapateena, and Working-From-Home options

In This Role You Will:
- Collaborate with project management to assess progress and discuss needed changes in order to meet project requirements.
- Foster and support document management processes and implement improvements in line with changing site governance requirements.
- Ensure the integrity of deliverables meets the requirements and are controlled through all phases of the project.
- Deliver training and education to internal and external system users as required.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and solutions for issues within the document management system or document management processes.
- Work with the Contract Administrators (CA)’s, Project Managers (PM’s) and contractors to manage project deliverables and track progress.
- Ensure compliance of controlled document lifecycles are meeting site requirements
- Activate, manage and be responsible for all documents workflow cycles from initiation to publication.
- Participate as a member of the team to efficiently manage the large volume workload of shared mailbox.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings, auditing and reporting requirements.
About You:
- Solid experience in large scale, multi-disciplinary projects, and mining operational requirements
- Advanced skills and experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite and PDF-XChange
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and completeness of tasks at hand
- An active listener who positively engages with stakeholders
- Ability to critical think and solve problems using logic and reasoning. Effective time management skills to keep both self and the project on time
- Experience using InEight Document (Teambinder).
