About the role

We are seeking applications from qualified candidates for a number of Electrical Maintenance Technician vacancies.  Working within the Electrical Maintenance team at our Kambalda operations you will be carrying out preventive, general maintenance and repair work.

 

In this role you will:

•    Inspect, diagnose, service and repair a wide range of electrical equipment
•    Overhaul and assembly of equipment
•    Utilise computerised maintenance management systems
•    Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the workshops
•    Undertake training and upskilling as required

 


These roles are for candidates currently residing in the Kalgoorlie region or interested in relocating and offer a Family friendly 5/2 roster (Monday - Friday).

 

Kalgoorlie is the largest inland city in Western Australia and due to its central location is positioned at the heart of the Goldfields as a vibrant mining town and a major gateway to the Eastern States. The City of Kalgoorlie/Boulder offers modern shopping facilities including big brand and local independent retailers, 4wd & cycle tracks, plenty of parks and playgrounds and schooling for all ages up to high school.  There are contemporary housing options for all budgets.

About You

As the successful candidate you will possess the following:


•    A Grade Electrical Trade Qualification (essential)
•    WA Electrical Licence (or eligibility to obtain)
•    Computer literacy and experience in 1SAP or similar applications
•    Current full C Class Drivers Licence
•    Flexible, team-orientated approach with proactive communications skills
