We are seeking expressions of interest for motivated and passionate people for our 2025 Apprenticeship Program in Maintenance at Mount Arthur Coal - BHP New South Wales Operations.  We are offering a number of apprenticeship positions available in Muswellbrook commencing in December 2024.

In undertaking this 4 year Apprenticeship you can expect hands on industry-lead training and mentoring by BHP’s talented workforce, first-rate working conditions, TAFE course enrolment, and a globally recognised qualification in your chosen trade on successful completion.

Nationally Accredited Trades Certificates being offered may include:

  • Electrical (Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician)
  • Mechanical Fitting (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology)

As these roles are residential, apprentices will be required to live within a safe distance from our mine site, aligned with our fatigue management policies. Please note accommodation and travel is not provided for these positions.
