About the Role


Reporting to the Manager Fixed Plant Maintenance, you will join an inclusive and strong performance orientated culture, where you will make a difference each day through providing outstanding support to a dynamic and engaging leadership team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • Diary and email management to enable the efficient organisation and execution of daily activities; 
  • Actively identify improvement opportunities and time optimization solutions to forward plan work and ensure effectiveness of leadership team;
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and coordinating meeting logistics;
  • Using SAP for purchasing (POs/ PRs) 
  • Event management with both internal and external stakeholders; and supporting projects and other ad hoc duties as required. 
  • Working closely with the Fixed Plant Leadership team to support onboarding of new employees, setting up network access, additional hardware requests; 
  • Travel and accommodation bookings; 
  • Provide assistance to the Superintendent team in the reconciliation of expense claims, AMEX and Visa; 
  • Managing communication and interdepartmental information flow. 

About You



  • You will be an experienced administration assistant who has previously supported a leadership team with a proven ability to work autonomously, proactively establish priorities and take responsibility for time sensitive deliverables.  
  • Your strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills will be an asset - as will your attention to detail, initiative and talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.  
  •  You will be an advocate for leveraging digital technologies to enable collaboration and the simplification of tasks, and possess strong knowledge of office suite systems.
