About the Role:
Reporting to the Lead Shutdown Co-Ordinator Fixed Plant Maintenance you will join an inclusive and diverse team where you play a critical role in departmental success.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Import all required tasks for the shutdown from the WOF (Work order filter).
• Design and develop all isolations and lockboxes required.
• Scope all job tasks in SAP, review drawings, and in the field (where necessary) with the intent of understanding isolation requirements.
• Attend weekly shutdown meetings i.e. (1) shutdown readiness and (2) processing rundown tracking, to ensure all tasks are on track.
• Develop and facilitate isolation tasks as part of shutdown framework.
• Training of personnel on Sphera process moving into the shutdown (BHP or Contractor), as well as during execution.
• Liaise with Processing team to ensure adequate attendance in permit/isolation facilities during execution.
• Set up permit / isolation facility for lockboxes (or satellite lockboxes as required).
• Attending permit / isolation facilities during shutdowns.
• Coordinating handover and handback of equipment including activating and deactivating lock boxes
• Managing any PTW or isolation amendments during the shutdown.
• Conducting audits in the Sphera system and in-field isolations using satellite lockboxes.
• Flexibility to change rosters to ensure full shutdown coverage (within fatigue guidelines).
About You:
• Exposure to Fixed Plant maintenance / shutdowns
• Familiarity with isolation and permitting processes
• Exposure to Digital Control of Work systems would be advantageous
• Electrical trade would be beneficial but not essential
