About the Role
We are seeking experienced HV Electricians for our 2 week on, 2 week off, 12-hour day and night shift FIFO roster. This means more days at home to enjoy doing what you love!
On the Traditional Lands of the Banjima People in Western Australia’s Pilbara, the outstanding facilities at the FIFO village include; a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, netted cricket pitch, tennis and basketball court, beach volleyball court and recreation room including a pool table, darts, table tennis, TV and DVD player.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintenance and repairs to a broad range of fleet
• Following scheduled planned / breakdown maintenance and carrying out inspections on equipment as required
• Execute work orders as per schedule and to a high standard
• Completing inspections and repairs as per the maintenance strategies
• Scoping and creating 1SAP notifications for preventative work
About You
- Australia recognised Electrical trade qualification
- WA Electrical Licence
- High Voltage Switching certificate
- Demonstrated experience in mine site maintenance of electric haul trucks
- Letourneau and Komatsu experience would be highly regarded
- Previous experience within mining is essential
- A strong commitment to safety
- Problem solving & diagnostics ability
- Capability in 1SAP or similar maintenance systems is desirable.
Please note to be considered, you must hold all relevant Trade certificates and licenses that are applicable to your skillset as well as a valid drivers licence.
