About the Role
This role is dedicated to strengthening our identity security posture and enabling scalable access solutions. The IAM Specialist will focus on engineering and implementation of advanced authentication and access technologies, with a primary emphasis on MFA uplift and secure access enablement across the enterprise. Based in Gurgaon India.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical implementation and day to day management of Silverfort MFA across enterprise systems.
- Design and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks for applications and infrastructure.
- Engineer and support federated access solutions, including SSO and OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect integrations.
- Collaborate with application teams to enable secure authentication patterns and enforce identity guardrails.
- Integrate and optimize Okta for identity federation and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication and access issues.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline access provisioning and MFA enrollment.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
About You
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management engineering.
- Strong knowledge of MFA technologies, preferably Silverfort.
- Experience with Okta, SSO, OAuth, and federated identity protocols.
- Solid understanding of authentication standards (SAML, OIDC, Kerberos).
- Familiarity with RBAC design and implementation.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IAM environments.
Desirable Skills:
- CISSP, CISM, or similar security certifications.
- Experience in large-scale IAM deployments.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and modern identity security practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on security and compliance.
