About the Role:
This internship offers hands-on experience in strategic planning and analytics within a global organization. You will support day-to-day activities, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to how data-driven insights shape business decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
As an undergraduate intern, you will perform tasks of varying complexity under direct supervision, giving you the opportunity to learn and apply practical knowledge of our business, company, and industry. This internship is designed to help you understand how we work and whether our culture is the right fit for you, while allowing you to demonstrate the skills and attitude needed to succeed.
- Support daily planning activities within Integrated Planning to gain hands-on experience and understand business processes.
- Collect and analyze data to prepare simple reports and insights that help decision-making.
- Assist in creating presentations and contribute to team workshops, using clear and engaging storytelling techniques.
- Help track project progress by updating timelines, monitoring tasks, and supporting delivery of outcomes.
- Engage with team members and stakeholders to learn effective communication and collaboration practices.
- On-the-job training and mentorship from industry professionals.
- Opportunities to network with senior leaders and engage in company-wide activities.
- Exposure to real-life projects that will enhance your professional development.
About You:
- Currently pursuing degree in any related disciplines or equivalent.
- Willing to drive development plan and take extra initiatives during internship.
- Must be fluent in English (mandatory requirement).
- Must be computer literate and proficient in standard software applications (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
