About the Role

An exciting role that works directly with our Marketing (MKT) function and GBS Order-to-Cash (O2C) teams to enable their digital and technology ambitions. These ambitions are directly tied to the Marketing functions strategies (ie flow assurance and growth). As part of the of the Marketing Product team, you will report directly into the Product Manager Marketing, Maritime, GBS Order-to-Cash and work closely with the DevOps BAU team. You will be accountable for the operations, defining strategy, roadmap, solution design and architecture of the SAP modules related to the domain (Sales & Distribution, CTRM, TSW) in the S4 HANA system, along with non-SAP applications (iCertis, Zema) The role can be based in Singapore, Australia (Perth), India (Bangalore)

 

In this role, your key accountabilities will include: 

 

  • E2E ownership of product strategy and functional roadmaps for the MKT and O2C applications, ensuring alignment with global technology strategy and business needs.
  • Being the design authority for the MKT and O2C technology domain
  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to technology projects and DevOps teams to drive collaboration within the team to ensure effective execution of BAU, Changes, Projects and other activities.
  • Defines the conception, development and implementation of a product. Lead the execution of Opportunity Assessment and Identification & Selection process for projects under the MKT and O2C Technology portfolio. Defines value drivers and determines the boundaries of an opportunity to determine if it is worth further investment.   
  • Accountable for solution design and architecture governance for enhancements or changes in S4 HANA modules related to MKT and O2C, identifying new solutions and optimization opportunities that will improve the relevance and performance of the global applications and ERP (SAP) systems landscape for the core modules. Key modules and applications-CTRM, iCertis, Zema, ICE (EssDocs), SAP QM, SAP FSCM-CR (Credit), SAP SD-BIL, SAP TSW.

About You

  • Effective team lead, capable of engagement and influence across different stakeholders and the ability to manage conflicts and issues
  • 15+ years of experience specializing in the design, configuration and implementation of SAP modules (SD, TSW, QM, FSCM-CR) and enterprise applications (iCertis, ICE – EssDocs, Zema, CTRM). 
  • Deep understanding of MKT and O2C business processes 
  • S4 HANA experience. S4 HANA Project implementation is desirable
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to manage and lead the support team to identify blockers, articulate the root cause, push the solution and progress
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across BAU incidents, minor improvement works and larger projects
  • Knowledge & practical experience in the areas of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
