About the Role

 

This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead a dynamic team responsible for project services in Iron Ore Projects Feasibility Studies for mines, rail and port development projects.  Reporting to the Manager Project Services key aspects of the role will include:

 

•    Developing and leading a high performing team to deliver quality project services deliverables on time and within budget.
•    Ensure conformance with “Our Charter”, “Our Requirements”, “Our Code of Conduct” and relevant statutory obligations.
•    An overriding commitment to operational and occupational health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development

 

Location 

 

You will be based in Perth, Western Australia, in the multi award winning office tower - ‘City Square’. You will have stunning river views from your modern open plan office, state of the art facilities including virtual whiteboards and video conferencing facilities, 550 bicycle racks with ample lockers, showers and change room amenities and a large outdoor terrace with barbecues.

About You

 

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual with Leadership experience within project settings across Minerals and/or Energy and a tertiary qualifications in a related discipline within Engineering, Construction Management or other. You will also have the following:


•    Knowledge of mines, rail & port infrastructure projects would help you in this position and an understanding of the specific challenges that pertain to project controls for major/mega feasibility studies will set you up for success.
•    You shall be competent across all project services sub-functional processes & systems to effectively and proactively manage interfaces and ensure integrated analysis & reporting.
•    You have deep awareness of functional standard processes / systems iand how they are applied in projects.
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential to this role.
