About the Role

 

This role will enable the full benefits of the Digital program and Domains to be realized and sustained by leading the organisation through targeted and transformational redesign of work across all aspects of people, processes and systems. This will embed new ways of working, and cultural shifts to ensure that digital transformation initiatives are not only technologically comprehensive but also human-centered, leading to more sustainable and effective outcomes and accelerated impact. 

 

Key accountabilities include:  

 

  • Builds plans to support the human aspects of digital transformation, including proactively identifying and addressing risks and resistance, implementing appropriate shared KPIs, and fostering a culture that embraces change and learning.
  • Develops strategies to shape an organisational culture that supports continuous learning, innovation, and adaptation.
  • Diagnoses the degree and type of change required for Digital initiatives, consulting with Domains on the resourcing or capabilities required to deliver the accelerated outcomes effectively.
  • Drive business adoption at the Assets/Functions in a sustainable way through incorporating into existing BOS practices and ensure that solution implementations are sequenced according to Asset/Function change capacity.

 

 

About You

You have: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree equivalent in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or related field. 
  • Experience in enterprise-wide transformational programs and mindset change, preferably in Digital or Resource sectors. 
  • Excellent ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate required in working with various stakeholders.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required. While not mandatory, fluency in Spanish is a definite plus!
