About the Role

Join our Finance team as an Accounting Manager, where you’ll lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role oversees month-end, half-year, and year-end close processes, manages a high-performing team, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage month-end, half-year, and year-end close activities and deliverables.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
- Lead and develop a team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive process automation and strengthen internal controls.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide insights that support decision-making.
About You
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Curious, credible, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Skilled in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel.
