About the Role
We have an exciting Manager Integrated Services opportunity in Copper South Australia, reporting to the General Manager Engineering, Infrastructure and Services, where you will apply your leadership skills and experience within a mature mining organisation. In this role you will fulfil a key position within the senior leadership team, guiding a team of Superintendents and contract business partners to deliver People Logistics, Aviation, Bussing, Villages and Site Services, and Asset Contractor Management strategy and support across Copper SA.
This opportunity is well-suited to someone who is highly influential and has deep foundational people leadership capability and is looking to lead a team which is delivering safe and reliable travel services that support our sites meeting their targets.
This is a pivotal role for our continued growth of the Copper South Australian operations and a real chance to make your mark and contribute to the growth of South Australia.
This role will be offered as Adelaide based with regular site travel to Roxby Downs, Prominent Hill and Carrapateena sites.
In this role you will:
- Provide leadership for a team of Superintendents across 4 locations
- Oversee the design and delivery of people movement logistics plans and improvement of services to maintain safety, compliance and performance
- Ensure that aviation, and bussing services are optimised for all sites through partnering with GMs and Managers to ensure fit for purpose services
- Collaborate with the global Head of Aviation to ensure compliance and safety are continually met and services are optimised for the asset
- Own and manage Aviation risk and controls for Copper SA
- Own, update and verify the integrated management system element for contractor management for Copper SA
- Accountable for overseeing the teams that support sites with contractor management including contractor forums, auditing and compliance.
- Collaborate and work closely with General Managers, Heads of, external stakeholders and operational teams across the business to support Contractor management excellence

About You
- Demonstrated leadership experience within Operational or Contractor settings across complex organisations
- Effective and highly influential diverse stakeholder engagement including an ability to constructively challenge ideas and build trusted relationships.
- Highly developed and demonstrated change management and culture building capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentations skills and the ability to engage across a multitude of levels.
- Demonstrated leadership in customer service
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
- Strategic and analytical thinker that demonstrates business acumen, with the ability to focus and prioritise critical deliverables to provide timely insights to stakeholders.
- Experience managing risk and controls with verification activities
- Experience in emergency management an advantage and ability to provide calm leadership with clear decision making
- Understanding of Australian Aviation requirements an advantage
