About the Role
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for ensuring reliability, performance and availability of key fixed plant assets across site. Your focus will be on safe and efficient operations, empowering your people, and driving improvement initiatives that make a lasting impact.
In this role you will:
• Lead a team of superintendents, supervisors, and trades across our Maintenance operations.
• Oversee maintenance planning, execution, and asset strategy to ensure plant reliability and compliance.
• Drive performance through strong leadership, fostering accountability and development within your team.
• Collaborate with CHPP, Production, Engineering and Projects to align maintenance strategies with operational goals.
• Champion improvement initiatives focused on safety, cost efficiency, and equipment uptime.
• Influence major shutdown planning, budget forecasting and long-term asset lifecycle planning.
• Role-model visible field leadership, creating a strong safety culture and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
• Partner with support functions (HR, Supply, Engineering) to deliver sustainable people and process improvements.
About You

• Holds a trade, engineering or maintenance management background within mining or heavy industry.
• Has strong leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
