About The Role
As a Mine Services Operator at Saraji Mine, you will support safe, smooth and reliable daily operations across site. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys practical work, thrives in a supportive team, and values steady development
You’ll contribute to essential services across the mine, with responsibilities that may include:
· Maintaining haul roads, drains, windrows and general mine infrastructure
· Operating mine-site vehicles and equipment such as water carts, agitators, loaders or skid steers (dependent on skill level)
· Supporting water management and dust suppression activities
· Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks across the pit and surrounding areas
· Conducting equipment pre-starts, inspections and basic maintenance
· Working closely with others to maintain a safe, steady and well-organised work environment
· Following clear operational procedures and communicating openly within the crew
About You

· Current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence
· Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
· Experience operating heavy or mobile equipment (or transferable experience from construction, civil, farming, defence, etc.)
· Strong awareness of safety systems and risk management
Highly regarded / advantageous:
· Water Cart operation experience
· Loader ticket (RII competency)
· Skid Steer / Bobcat ticket
· Agitator/Service Truck experience
