About the Role

This delivery-focused role will focus on the experience strategy and design considerations of prioritised Domain initiatives, to incorporate human behaviour, cognitive processes and decision-making tendencies into AI solution designs. The objective of this role is to enhance AI-adoption, improve AI designs for human use, support behaviour change together with AI, and mitigate any risk with AI-ethics and bias.
 

Key accountabilities include:  

• Design approaches and frameworks that incorporate behavioural science principles and related data analysis, positively shaping AI-driven user experiences and business adoption. Embed these approaches into delivery frameworks and AI playbooks.
• Work with UX designers, data scientists and AI engineers to enhance user interactions with AI.
• Research Planning: Develop research plans with clear goals, addressing human behaviour, cognitive processes and decision-making tendencies considerations for AI solution designs.
• Interprets qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights. Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to integrate user insights into product development. 
• Proactively identifies opportunities for standardising and improving user experience across the Digital portfolio. Works with the business adoption team members to achieve the desired user experience.

About You

You have: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Behavioural sciences; Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in transformation and AI delivery projects and UX / experience research and strategies incorporating human behaviour, cognitive processes and decision-making tendencies preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills. 
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required. While not mandatory, fluency in Spanish is a definite plus!
