About the Role

 

This role executes Experience Owner tasks including the support of digital products and the development and support of R2A citizen led automations.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

Citizen Led Automations (CLA) Governance & Assurance

  • Conduct assurance routines against key automations in R2A.
  • Monitor CLAs registration and standard design documents stored in central repository.
  • Govern deployment of new CLAs into production.

 

Citizen Led Automations (CLA) Development, Maintenance & Incident Support

  • Develop and maintain R2A citizen led automations R2A as prioritised.
  • Support development/maintenance of CLAs across R2A through mentoring and advising the digital champion community.
  • Continue to develop digital skills as new technologies are made available.
  • Provide incident support for registered R2A CLAs (in alignment with SLAs).

 

R2A Digital Support

  • Provide support for R2A dashboards and digital tools
  • Provide support in the development of digital business cases with Technology as aligned in the integrated R2A/Finance Digital Roadmap

 

About You

 

  • Strong digital and automation capabilities to develop and maintain solutions across R2A, leveraging:
    • Programming Languages: Python, SQL, VBA (Macros)
    • AI & Analytics Tools: Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake, SageMaker
    • Automation Platforms: Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • The ability to learn and develop new skills as new technologies become available
  • Autonomous worker with the ability to prioritise and complete activities within tight deadlines
  • The ability to understand complex information and translate into digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, ownership, and proactive problem solving.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in R2A processes and deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, influence effectively, and present with impact.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and confidence to challenge, ask questions, and share ideas.
