About the Role

 

Support the Manager Planning & Reporting to deliver on the Finance purpose: “We partner with the business to create and protect value”. Partner with the business to create and protect value by delivering accurate, insightful financial planning and reporting. The Principal Finance Planning & Reporting role drives performance against benchmarks through robust budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while fostering collaboration across functions and optimizing processes to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Lead financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring accurate 2-Year Budget, quarterly forecasts, and timely delivery of financial reports.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
  • Drive performance against benchmarks by partnering with operations and cross-functional teams to optimize planning and forecasting.
  • Enhance financial processes, systems, and controls, leading initiatives for efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and deliver ad-hoc projects that generate value, while coaching and developing team members to uplift capability.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and safety commitments, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication.

 

About You

 

To be a top performer you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA) preferred.
  • Advanced English Proficiency.
  • At least 5 years experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis roles, with a focus on strategic decision support.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in complex, dynamic environment with extensive experience in stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of financial and commercial management concepts.
  • Relevant industry experience.
