About the Role

 

The Finance functional integrity teams’ key accountability is to embed, improve, govern and assure the integrity of Finance Systems, Process and People. The Principal Finance Integrity is a full-time role with flexible working conditions and will have responsibilities under four key areas:

 

  • Integrity and Governance: Accountable for the integrity, governance and control environment of global Finance transactional and reporting processes and systems to deliver accurate financial statements.
  • Process and Technology Changes: Accountable to validate, prioritize, endorse, design, deploy and manage change for process and technology improvements and act as the conduit between Technology and Finance.
  • Improvement: Provides process excellence input for the design and delivery of large, complex global projects for Finance and other global functions.
  • Capability: Build process and technology capability across the Finance teams by governing a sustainable program.

About You

 

As the successful candidate you will possess the following:

 

Ability to transform complex technical language, problem solve and process concepts into clear and easy to understand messages for Finance users with high engagement

 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (fluent English) with sound judgement and the capacity to analyze and assist with driving innovation and leading change 
  • Preferably 5 years' experience in Leases (IFRS16) and Tax process areas. Experience in Group Reporting/Financial Consolidation is an advantage
  • Ability to transform complex technical language, problem solve and process concepts into clear and easy to understand messages for Finance users with high engagement
  • Degree or equivalent level qualification in Commerce (Finance or Accounting)
  • Finance body certification (CA / CPA / CIA, etc.) or post graduate qualification (MBA), Continuous improvement accreditation or Lean Six Sigma qualification could be advantageous
  • ERP/SAP, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BOBJ AFO WEBI, strong understanding of technology infrastructure and master data management principles
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related subject matter (experience with shared service functions preferred and resources industry)
  • Demonstrated governance, risk and control evaluation and analytical skills, change management, finance process design driving innovation and application of emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and master data management principles
