About the Role
To lead and manage a major Global Mobility project for 12 months, with particular focus on business continuity and stakeholder management whilst ensuring ongoing Global Mobiltiy business and expatriate customer experience.
Design
- Develop the integrated project plan, monitoring of key milestones, synergy design and capture, costs and KPI metrics
- Facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops in order to ensure clear understanding of change impact
- Design and implement reporting frameworks specifically for the project
Lead
- Lead the preparation and delivery of workstream and steering committee
- Act as primary point of contact between Global Mobility, other BHP stakeholders and external parties pertaining to the project
- Coordinate resource plan for broader global mobility plan to ensure appropriate resource availability
Execute
- Execute project plan
- Lead document and reporting update driven by project
- Identify and manage down stream processes that are impacted by the project
- Consolidate complex data from multiple sources for the purpose of the project
- Design and implement multi-stakeholder process flows
- Ensure clear RACI design and implementation across all stakeholders and processes
Manage
- Document potential risks of the project and develop and implement effective mitigation plans to minimise risk
- Document improvement opportunities identified during the project and assist in the preparation of an implementation plan for these opportunities
About You
- Degree or equivalent education required and/or international reward roles
- Deep international tax experience e.g. professional services or Global Mobility/Equity/Reward in-house specialist roles
- Deep experience with the management and understanding of global mobility programs and policies
- Excellent understanding of reporting requirements and governance issues as they relate to tax and immigration and understanding of global jurisdictional differences, legislation and regulations
- Extensive technical experience in global mobility concepts, methodologies and approaches as well as strong people management (directly or indirectly) in a global company.
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
