About the Role
Joining the GBS Experience Ownership Team, you will be a member of a dynamic, professional and motivated team focused on supporting a Capital Project to digitalise GBS HR work management processes enabling HR, GBS H2R and Digital to build services that are orchestrated through Virtual/AI agents and human processors improving the experience of engaging with HR at BHP.
The successful candidate will demonstrate solid experience in developing trusted working relationships, focus on driving system strategy on behalf of HR digital transformation, proven experience in managing stakeholders, attention to data quality and experience executing previous HR digital system related projects. Additionally, your strong critical thinking and ability to successfully navigate through ambiguity will contribute to your success in role.
Reporting to the Lead GEO Experience Owner – Workforce Enablement, you will be accountable for:
- Provide SME knowledge to a large Capital Project focused on enabling HR work management orchestrated through Virtual/AI agents and human processors
- Deep end-to-end HR process and HR systems expertise
- Working knowledge of SLA’s, workflow management and allocations, systems of work and process outcomes
- Working knowledge of process documentation and system interactions with Employee Central, Success Factors, Case Management System and ServiceNow
- Navigating the broader HR model and working with key HR, Technology and vendor stakeholders
- Support GBS HR delivery teams with execution of large-scale programs of work where process re-design is required.

About You
Experience in HR business processes and emerging HR technology trends specifically within core ESM for global organisations
- Skilled HR professional with experience in digital HR system implementation and change management, demonstrate confidence to challenge delivery on requirements and vison
- Actioned orientated and strong problem solving, collaboration and decision-making skills, ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced project environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, organisational skills will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature, challenging the status quo and seek what is possible
- Understanding of HR tools, processes and systems with experience using SAP, Employee Central, Success Factors and ServiceNow (would be of benefit)
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and can actively identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes
- Passionate about process transformation, digital opportunity and value realisation with a growth mindset and strong learning agility
