About the Role


Joining the GBS Global Experience Owner Team, you will be a member of a dynamic, professional, motivated and caring team with a focus on supporting driving a Capital Project focused on uplifting recruitment experience by implementing and embedding systems to reduce time to fill and increase candidate and line leader experience.  

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate solid experience in developing trusted working relationships, focus on driving system strategy on behalf of GBS HR, proven experience in managing stakeholders, attention to data quality and experience executing previous HR system related projected.  Additionally, your strong critical thinking and ability to successfully navigate through ambiguity will contribute to your success in role. 

 

 

Reporting to the GBS HR Global Experience Owner Onboarding and Movements Lead, you will be accountable for: 

 

  • Provide SME knowledge to a large capital project focused on System implementation within the Recruitment and Onboarding space 
  • Support GBS HR delivery teams with execution of large-scale programs of work where process re-design is required. 
  • Navigating the broader HR model and working with key HR stakeholders (Talent Acquisition & HR Service partnership teams) 
  • Manage risk and oversee change management for system and process changes related to Source to Onboard and Project activities  
  • Working closely Service Transformation and Technology to meet business outcomes

About You

 

  • Experience in HR business processes and emerging HR technology trends specifically within core HRIS for global organisations
  • Skilled HR professional with experience in HR system implementation and change management 
  • Actioned orientated and strong problem solving, collaboration and decision-making sills 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, organisational skills will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes 
  • Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature 
  • Understanding of HR tools, processes and systems with experience using SAP and Success Factors (would be of benefit) 
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and can actively identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes  
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility 

 

 

This is a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity based in Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide
