About the Role

The role can be based in Australia (Brisbane or Perth), Singapore or India (Bangalore)

 

As part of the Identity & Access Management team, you will report directly into the manager of Identity and Access Management and work closely with the Managed Service Provider Team. You will be accountable for the operations, driving strategy, roadmaps, solution design and architecture as well as Identity Governance and Administration solution.


In this role, your key accountabilities will include: 

 

 

  • Drives business improvement through the measurement of BHP's performance and enhancing user experience by improving usability, accessibility and desirability of a design solution.   
  • Prioritises work effort and resources accordingly for both, the internal BHP team and the external MSP and engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.   
  • Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste. and knows our customer and is obsessed with meeting their needs.   
  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to technology projects and internal teams to drive collaboration within the team to ensure effective execution of BAU, Changes, Projects and other activities.
  • Conducts presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
  • Oversee the entire user access lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access review, and role management
  • Monitor and analyse users access metrics to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of lifecycle management solutions.
  • Oversee and manage regular audits and user access attestation processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements conduct regular reviews and updates of user access policies, procedures and Standards.
  • Manage the overall identity and access governance framework, ensuring alignment with company policies, SOX, SOC 2, and NIST 2.0 requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for IAM solutions. 

 

 

About You

  • Effective team lead, capable of engagement and influence across different stakeholders and the ability to manage conflicts and issues
  • 8+ years of experience specializing in the design, configuration and implementation of Identity Governance and administration systems (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt or similar)
  • Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management and what “good looks like”
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to manage and lead the support team to identify blockers, articulate the root cause, push the solution and progress
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across BAU incidents, minor improvement works and larger projects
  • Knowledge & practical experience in the areas of Agile methodology and practices is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
