About the Role

Accelerate highest impact global operational performance opportunities through standardised and agile definition and application of technical best practices. • Capture best practice and accelerate process and systems replication to lock in performance.
  • Build capability in operational leaders and mitigate the impacts of leader turnover through technical expertise and global processes such as global value chain forums where performance is deeply evaluated and understood, best practices shared, and gaps identified and monitored.
