About the Role

 

  • Coordinates the delivery of global ecosystem communications and publications that highlight the team’s impact, value creation, and innovation leadership.
  • Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating system to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.
  • Leads Innovation’s contribution to global events, conferences, roadshows, and other speaking engagement aligned with technical.
  • Coordinates stakeholder relationships across internally and externally to ensure communication and engagement efforts are targeted and impactful.
  • Manage comprehensive internal reporting systems to track performance and outcomes effectively across ecosystem
  • Manage the flow of market insights across the business, ensuring visibility and alignment between project activity, business needs, and reporting outcomes.
  • Ensure leverage of activity in market for actionable insights conducting thorough business analysis to enhance performance and support decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to enhance performance and support informed decision-making processes.
  • Access to key platforms, forums, and channels to leverage for internal/external engagement
  • Conducts presentations and facilitate workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
  • Gains support for and negotiates outcomes that achieve mutually beneficial goals.
  • Embodies “One Technical” and collaborates with key internal stakeholders to leverage BHP’s full capability
  • Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.

About You

 

  • Deep experience and understanding of the BHP Operating System and effective ways to implement and execute
  • Experience in campaigns/event management internally and externally bringing to life campaigns and projects that enhance BHP Innovation brand, reputation and portfolio
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Demonstrate experience in data driven environments leveraging data, teams, co-pilot or other digital enablers for insights, awareness, reporting and performance management
