About the Role
As a Principal Solution Architect for ERP Work Management, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ERP solutions that align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will lead the architecture and integration of ERP systems, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders and support the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage functional and non-functional requirements for ERP work management solutions, considering business expectations and operational concepts.
- Develop and select effective design solutions, collaborating with relevant vendors and stakeholders to procure necessary products.
- Provide design expertise to inform the selection and development of a system integration strategy/plan.
- Assemble and integrate ERP systems, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with business processes.
- Provide specialist advisory on architectural standards, governance frameworks, and emerging technologies related to ERP work management.
- Enhance user experience by improving the usability, accessibility, and desirability of ERP solutions.
- Identify and assess risks, make risk-informed decisions, and build a risk-aware culture to support safe and productive performance outcomes.
About You
As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in technology, commuter science or STEM
- Experienced in SAP S4 HANA Plant Maintenance, as it relates to SAP and Fiori.
- Extensive experience in solution architecture and ERP system integration.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective ERP design solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate multiple solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
While not mandatory, but highly regarded should you possess:
- SAP Certification relating to SAP Intelligent Asset Management modules like PM Phase Model, Field Service Management, Service & Asset Manager and Asset Performance Management.
- Experience with test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
- Microsoft Visual Basic for mass data management integration with SAP S4 HANA.
- Ability to mentor and coach technical teams.
- Hands-on experience in coding and solving complex technical problems.
Location
There is flexibility for this role to be based in either Singapore, Perth or Brisbane. You will be working on Monday-Friday roster. Flexible work is also offered.
