About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Integrations Order to Cash Global Business Services (GBS), this role works across the Global Business Service Teams, Sales and Marketing and Asset based Planning and Production Teams to manage the organizational changes.
This role will support detailed design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation development, training and standardization of processes into GBS. This role will hold strong relationships between the Asset based planning teams, GBS Order to Cash and Technology Teams to develop and execute a program of work that covers governance and execution of Sales and Marketing transactional activities across BHP’s Commercial function for integrations (e.g. acquisitions, divestments, portfolio growth and new projects) providing stewardship of associated IT and data infrastructure to support the activities.
Accountabilities:
- Independently develops and delivers/executes program of work that ensures successful delivery of integration projects for BHP, ensuring the integrated business succeeds on time with safety, quality and productivity.
- Ensures integrated businesses adherence to BHP’s commodity price risk and marketing financial performance frameworks and associated controls, governance, routines and capability.
- In conjunction with the ERP Business Change & Communications Lead, support the development of an integrated communications plan - delivering clear and regular communication to relevant stakeholders, including both business facing and project facing stakeholders.
- Support activities for local change impact assessment (LCIA) workshops and manage resulting remediation activities through to closure.
- Support Asset planning on the ground as activities move to BAU with system, process changes including management of change.
- Support Sales and Operations planning processes, operating window alignments with Marketing to ensure Business Level Documentation and controls can be achieved.
- Alignment of Sales design and understanding of what’s required for Sales Ops to manage these contracts and requirements in interim and end state.
- Support the design, test, and handover to the SDL for operationalisation ie Ops readiness to execute on D1, this includes updates to Signavio, QRGs.
- Evaluates the success and sustainability of change initiatives, delivers plans and mitigates risks to facilitate the delivery of successful, sustainable and value adding change.
- Determines the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across all diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities.
- Self-starter who can proactively execute tasks with minimal guidance.
- Strong skills in building and fostering relationships (can deploy techniques to breakdown resistance).
- Excellent working knowledge of 1SAP at the operational level.
- Relevant working experience in GBS with a solid understanding of Order to Cash services and how the sales and marketing process integrate within Maritime and Credit Market Risk.
