About the Role
Peak Downs is located in Queensland's Bowen Basin on the traditional lands of the Barada Barna people.
We’re looking for capable and safety focused operators to join our haulage team. In this role, you’ll operate large-scale haul trucks in an open cut mining environment, helping us achieve production targets while being part of a supportive, respectful, and inclusive team.

- Haul Truck - CAT 793 | 797 (or equivalent)
- Water Cart – CAT 785 | 789
- Dozer - CAT D10 | D11
- Grader - CAT 16M | 18M | 24M
- Excavator/Shovel Operators - Hitachi 5600/8000 | CAT 6040 | P&H 4100XP
- Dragline - Marion 8050/8750
About You
- A strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and relevant RII competencies
- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team
