About the Role

 

 

  • Contributes to delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for the Group and its Assets, while applying appropriate judgement and estimates to safeguard the integrity of our financial statements, maintain the organisation’s legal financial requirements and guide financial activity.
  • Conducts timely and accurate reporting to drive insight that enables internal and external customers to make informed decisions.
  • Prepares internal reports or external financial statements in alignment with professional accounting, statutory and internal requirements.
  • Draws insights and conclusions from analysis to recommend a course of action or provide insights, which are consistent with the available facts and information.
  • Maintains expected standards and processes to drive quality and set the foundation for improvement. Recognises and removes obstacles preventing successful change and improvement.
  • Experiments with better ways of doing things, learning from mistakes. Evaluates information from multiple inputs to solve the root cause of problems.
  • Takes personal accountability for their actions and performance, persisting and working hard to deliver against the plan and stretch targets.
  • Seeks out and checks how their work impacts on team and company priorities.
  • Works with a clear view of customer needs, measuring their own success through stretch goals and metrics. Adapts their plans to changing conditions and context, identifying, and sharing new risks and opportunities with the team.
  • Listens and clearly conveys information and updates, uses different communication methods to ensure others understanding the context, purpose, objectives, resources and time frame for work and tasks.

About You

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Must hold a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License
  • Preferably with experience in Regulatory submissions or related work
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and deliver as needed
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP, along with experience with automating tools is a plus
