About the Role
We currently recruiting a permanent position for a Senior Area Coordinator Electrical – Finucane Island. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enjoy working in an inclusive & diverse team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the application of precision maintenance program and drives proactive defect elimination practices within Maintenance Execution.
- Monitor and controls the execution of the weekly planned schedule by reviewing current progress and implementing action to meet targets.
- Conduct field observations to verify that health & safety standards and appropriate work practices are applied within the workplace.
- Work with WM Planning and Maintenance reliability in defining the work sequencing and dependencies in preparation for the Scheduling meeting.
- Identify Master Data quality issues and initiate action to improve.
- Lead & participate the Work Management Monitoring and Controlling process to identify and implement actions that will improve the execution of Maintenance work.
- Leads and enables the maintenance execution team in an engaging and inclusive way to deliver high quality maintenance outcomes.
- Endorses and leads the implementation and monitors effectiveness of Maintenance Execution improvement initiatives including the elimination of waste in processes and materials.
- Planning and execution of maintenance, including exposure to failure diagnosis and repair methods.
- Application of work management processes to ensure the productive use of resources.
- Analytical problem-solving skills that enable the identification of root causes and corrective actions.
About You
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- “A” Grade Western Australian electrical license.
- Electrical Nominee. (Preferred or ability to obtain)
- Project Management (Experience Preferred)
- PLC/HV Switching/Commissioning Experience
- Excellent Electrical knowledge & interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent 1SAP Maintenance experience.
