We are seeking two experienced Site Administrator’s to provide excellent customer service to our various teams across site to deliver a broad range of business support functions, including but not limited to - site access, travel bookings, event support and general administration

Location: Carrapateena, South Australia (60-minute flight from Adelaide / 30-minute flight from Port Augusta)
Roster: 8 days on; 6 days off
Department: Mining Operations
Manager: Business Support Coordinator
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time  

In this role you will:

 

  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees including flights and PPE orders.
  • Managing the stock control of stationary, PPE and office supplies.
  • Assist the team with any interstate or international travel.
  • Reconciling credit cards/receipting of invoices.
  • Answer all calls that come through to Carrapateena phone queue and transfer calls to appropriate staff members, or take messages where necessary.
  • Support with INX data cleaning/integrity.
  • Organise events onsite, such as board visits, workshops, meetings, dinners and social events.
  • Ensure the NPI building and meetings room are kept tidy and presentable.
  • Develop and document processes which support shared learning and understanding across the team to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Support the site with other administrative tasks and projects as required.
  • Provide administrative leave coverage and support to the department administrators as required.
  • Provide training and coaching to the teams and new starters on how to book travel and accommodation.
  • Assist with refreshing and maintaining the Carrapateena SharePoint page.

 

About You:

  • A knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and business practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with high attention to detail, excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in delivering a broad range of business support functions including site access, travel booking, event support and general administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in streamlining and improving processes.
  • Must hold a SA Drivers licence or equivalent (with ability to drive manual vehicle).
