About the Role
As a Specialist Business Adoption, you will play a hands-on role in enabling the successful integration of digital tools and new ways of working across the business. Working closely with the Manager Business Adoption and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape and deliver change strategies that support frontline adoption, build capability, and ensure sustainable outcomes.
You’ll be part of a team that bridges the gap between digital innovation and operational reality—ensuring that transformation is not only implemented but embraced.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross functional teams to define and deliver adoption strategies for digital initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify adoption champions, barriers, and support structures.
- Design and implement change plans that drive engagement, readiness, and usage.
- Support training and capability-building activities to embed new ways of working.
- Track adoption metrics and gather feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Identify operational elements that impact adoption and address risks to sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts and ensure success.
About You
You are:

- Organised and delivery-oriented – you manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
You have:
- A degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting change or transformation programs, ideally in mining or digital environments.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel to site as needed.
