About the Role

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:

Core Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Facilitate the development of the RNM 2YB and support cost reporting routines.
  • Provide work management coaching and support to RNM team members, assisting to up-skill team members in 1SAP usage and the Master Data Change Process.
  • Coach the RNM Department in the disciplined use of work management performance measures, organisation design, standards, processes, local operating procedures, systems and data.
  • Monitoring the RNM performance metrics to identify gap-closing actions, continuous improvement opportunities and drive improvements initiatives.

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Experience in budget development is essential.
  • Experience in work management is essential.
  • Maintenance background and Rail experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong computer skills using 1SAP Plant Maintenance, AMT, Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.
  • Ability to influence, engage with & communicate effectively across multiple levels, business units, functional areas, and external stakeholders.
  • Current full West Australian “C” class motor vehicle license or current equivalent Australian State motor vehicle license.
