About the Role
Supports organisational change and broader communication requirements for BHP Global Business Services (GBS) HR supported or led projects, or initiatives impacting the GBS HR portfolio.
- Assists in the evaluation and sustainability of GBS HR change initiatives, implementing plans and addressing risks to foster successful, enduring, and value-adding change.
- Contributes to change impact assessments and the preparation of integrated change management plans, enhancing change readiness and addressing resistance, while aiding stakeholders in embracing and effectively implementing change.
- Analyses the GBS HR change environment, supports the articulation of the case for change, and aids in identifying the approaches, tools, and methods required to achieve successful change outcomes.
- Collaborates in the development and execution of GBS HR communications for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with BHP's strategic objectives.
- Supports the identification, engagement, and collaboration with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilising change management frameworks to support safe and effective change implementation.
- Contributing to the translation of corporate objectives into clear and accessible messages.
- Supporting engagement and influencing of stakeholders.
- Applying business acumen to contribute to enhanced productivity and performance.
About You
