About the Role



Reporting to the Superintendent Contractor Management, this role is responsible for the application of the Contractor Management Framework for contractor partners engaged to perform work for Goonyella Riverside mine site. This role is based in the Bowen Basin with DIDO, FIFO or residential options. Flexible work arrangements are available.

 

Your accountabilities will include:

 

• Carry out the duties as outlined in the Contractor Management Standard.

• Schedule, facilitate, record mobilisation, safety, and performance and close out meetings required under CMF routines.

• Develop, complete, and maintain work scopes, risk assessments and CMP documentation in conjunction with stakeholders.

• Monitor, support and sustain contract partners compliance to the GRM Safety and Health Management System.

• Conduct in-field verification of contract partner activities and equipment.

• Monitor and report on CMF compliance.

• Document management and record keeping.

About You



This role will suit an experienced, initiative-taking professional who is committed to contractor management for our vendors.

 

As a successful candidate you will have:

 

• An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.

• Experience in Contractor Management, auditing and the provision of coaching and support.

• Well- developed communication, facilitation, influencing and interpersonal skills, essential to building constructive relationships and creditability with stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and document control skills.

• Demonstrated experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and 1SAP experience is preferred.

• You will love a challenge and be confident in your ability to challenge others
