About the Role
Integrated Technology Services (ITS) drives performance by developing and deploying end-to-end functional systems and processes across the key capability areas of Risk & Governance, Demand & Capability, Performance and Portfolio, ensuring alignment, resilience, and accountability across Technology.

Specialist Cost
As a Specialist Cost, you will work closely with Delivery and Product Managers to ensure effective cost management across the portfolio of projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and improving a standard suite of reports for the portfolio.
- Providing performance insights across the project portfolio to guide data driven decision making.
- Supporting Technology teams with BHP's capital prioritisation, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Verifying financial and schedule performance of the portfolio.
Specialist Performance
As a Specialist Performance, you will help drive performance excellence across Technology by enabling effective tools, routines, and insights. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and execution of global performance tools and processes.
- Monitoring and reporting performance metrics against targets, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborating across global and regional initiatives to support companywide improvement efforts.
- Promoting a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on continuous improvement.
About You
You bring:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, or a related discipline.
- A mindset of continuous improvement, accountability, and value delivery.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, confident approach with the ability to work independently.
- Commercial awareness, risk management capability, and strong business acumen.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and solve problems effectively.
