About the Role
We are seeking two Specialist Finance Analytics team members to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Finance reporting, analytics and automation solutions. These roles will help maintain and improve analytics tools that provide reliable insight for our global Assets and Finance teams.
Please note that 1 of the roles being recruited will follow the 2PM to 11PM mid-shift schedule.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain and improve finance dashboards, reports, datasets and analytics solutions.
- Use data wrangling, modelling, visualisation and automation techniques to turn complex data into clear business insight.
- Support Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake and other Finance analytics tools used across the reporting landscape.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting issues, investigate data problems and support practical resolution.
- Assist with onboarding new data sources, testing changes and documenting impacts to reports, dashboards and data models.
- Support data quality, governance and access processes so analytics outputs remain trusted and fit for purpose.
- Create or maintain training material, QRGs and guidance to help Finance users adopt analytics tools effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities that simplify reporting, reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, Data Science or related fields.
- Experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis, dashboard development or automation.
- Practical capability in Power BI, including data modelling, report development and visualisation.
- Experience working with complex datasets and using structured approaches to analyse, reconcile and explain data.
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems or data platforms such as SAP, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, SQL, Power Platform, Sagemaker and similar.
- Good stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand business needs and explain technical issues clearly.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new systems, tools and ways of working.
- Experience with SAP finance data, month-end reporting, budget cycles, asset finance reporting, cost models or master data.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, GitLab, AI-enabled analytics or data science techniques.
