About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Planning and Reporting, you will play a key role in enhancing our financial strategies and operational efficiency. In this position, you will utilize your analytical expertise to support the organization in achieving its financial goals while fostering collaboration across departments. Your contributions will help ensure that our financial data is accurate and actionable, driving informed decision-making throughout the business. As Specialist Finance Planning and Reporting, your Core Accountabilities include:
- Supporting business to deliver core finance Planning such as Budget and forecasts and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of the planning cycle
- Analysing output of Budget and quarterly forecasts for variability and improvement opportunities.
- Performing detailed analysis and reporting relating to the business plans and cost control and revenue optimisation.
- Maintaining any out of system models and data sets and ensuring accurate provision of information to support query management from the business.
- Engaging closely with accounting & reporting teams to ensure accurate information is captured in the Functions costs and revenue.
- Working collaboratively to deliver process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and standardisation in the planning cycle.
- Preparing complete reporting outputs for all Planning and forecast cycles
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of IGSC allocation tasks for the respective assets and functions for Global and Regions in order to support business reporting requirement purposes.
- Perform reviews of cost allocations for the respective cost centres to ensure accuracy and completeness of the results captured for the Global and Regions
About You
As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Good experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting or reporting
- Continuous Improvement understanding
- Advanced analysis and excel skills
- Confident in oral presentation of results and recommendations
- Outstanding Stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part as a global team and independently
- Strong experience in Finance roles.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
