About the Role


Accountable for supporting of designing, producing, coordinating, delivering and improving GBS Framework activities. This role will report to the Lead GBS Frameworks in GBS Integrated Operations. 



  • Supporting of designing, producing, coordinating, delivering and improving GBS Frameworks, and coaching wider GBS teams on uplifting capability and enhancing adoption and maturity of frameworks.  Specifically (but not limited to):
    • Supporting the establishment and development of robust and comprehensive e2e GBS Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) covering all GBS services in scope and considering locations. Establishing key triggers for initiating BCP, including communication of decisions, key milestones for BCP activation and similar steps for ending BCP phase mitigating risk for the business. Ensuring that BCPs are tested at set frequency to validate correctness and completeness of documentation and familiarity of teams on BCP activities. 
    • Supporting the establishment, development and delivery of robust and comprehensive Controlled Documents Framework driving the standards and quality across the controlled document suite. 
    • Supporting the establishment, development and delivery of robust and comprehensive Cyber, Data Qyality and Data Privacy standards and processes driving the quality to mitigate risk to GBS. 
    • Supporting the establishment, development and delivery of robust and comprehensive Positive Assurance Testing Framework, including driving automation of testing with maximised control and control population coverage. 
  • Identifying, engaging and managing a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders as part of delivering the above key activities.
  • Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.  


About You


  • Experience in Risk, Controls and business resilience management
  • Experience in large multinational companies’ environment
  • Knowledge in audit or assurance activities
  • Experience leading people
