About the Role
Support the coordination of the GBS HR Portfolio to align with strategic priorities. This includes maintaining and managing the GBS HR Integrated Plan, overseeing demand and capacity planning, integrated risk management, stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Support the coordination of the GBS HR Portfolio to align with the Corporate Alignment Planning process, defining integrated planning and capacity and demand priorities, setting objectives, and aligning strategies with organisational goals to enable effective planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor and maintain the GBS HR Projects Integrated Plan, outlining key details such as milestones, resource requirements, and timelines across teams and functions. Reporting and identification of capacity and demand issues using tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the coordination of capacity and demand across GBS HR Projects to ensure optimal resource allocation, enhancing efficiency and performance.
- Monitor the GBS HR portfolio against defined metrics and outcomes such as FTE, cost, and KPIs to ensure projects deliver anticipated value and benefits are not duplicated across functions or overrepresented.
- Support the management of the GBS Integrated Risk Calendar to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies across the portfolio, with regular reviews and updates to ensure proactive risk management and safeguarding of project objectives.
- Coordinate reporting requirements for the GBS HR Portfolio.
- Support project communication routines and define stakeholder engagement requirements across GBS HR to ensure alignment, visibility, and effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Corporate Alignment Planning process cycle.
About You
- Exposure in developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards
- Experience with HR project management experience
- Tertiary degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or relevant experience
- Experience with the management and understanding of project requirements and compliance
