About the Role
To work closely with the Global Reward Operations team and its stakeholders to understand their needs and determine how data can be used to achieve process transformation goals and technical solutions. To design data modelling processes, create algorithms and predictive models, and help analyse and present the Reward data with insights, using tools or systems, to enable leaders to have informed decisions. Create, maintain and update Reward dashboards according to the business requirements.
Core Accountabilities:
- As the focal person for Reward Operations Data Science, Reporting and Automation, accountable for working collectively and collaboratively with other team members to design data models and implement solutions through an innovative and business focused approach
- Supports more advanced process analytics capabilities within the organisation to bring about innovation and digitally advanced approach to the business
- Designing data modelling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom process analysis
- Building testing harnesses whilst ensuring that industry best practices and standards are followed
- Engaging with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders as part of delivering the accountabilities and expected outcomes
- Models, defines, transforms, integrates and provides big data from varying sources and in useable form to analytical tools and users.
- Develops, implements and supports the usage of data visualization toolkit, configuration, deployment and usage.
- Directs the Reward Operations big data strategy, initiatives, functions and services to the business enterprise.
- Develops, maintains and updates the Reward Operations data tools to ensure data integrity through adherence to all applicable Remuneration Framework.
- Participates on applicable User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Business Data Analytics & Reporting
- Provides support for developing and implementing business analytics reporting.
- Delivers Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including multi-dimensional database models (logical and physical), data marts, data warehousing, data transforms, data analytics, and reporting solutions, according to business requirements.
Architecture, Engineering, Development
- Executes, implements and supports data applications and systems.
- Participates in the technical design, development, implementation and support of data applications and application systems.
Data Support/Administration
- Administers platform hardware and software infrastructure that provides the big data storage system, data handling and associated analysis tools and methods.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in data Analytics or related field
- Significant experience with data analytics and reporting
- Proven experience using PowerApps (PowerBi, Power Automate etc.)
- Human Resource Experience is a preference
- Significant experience using the following software applications:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Phyton
- Canvas
- Basic Microsoft Application not limited to Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Planner, Whiteboard, etc.
