About the Role

 

The Specialist HR Services Employee Central Take Back team (ECTB) will play a pivotal role and will be a control point in ensuring correct master data, terms and conditions and changes are being made in our people systems. 

 

In this role you will be responsible for receiving, interpreting, and submitting people transactions on behalf of line leaders across BHP. This entails translating requests to understand the context and applying the correct master data inputs in line with respective terms and conditions, applicable frameworks, and HR master data rules. 

 

Key Accountabilities: 

 

  • Interpretation of Line Leader requests and translating into correct EC (Employee Central) submissions in a responsive and accurate manner 
  • Engaging directly and effectively with Line Leaders on their requests 
  • Approach Line Leader requests with an urgency and problem-solving mindset for end-to-end resolution. 
  • Working collaboratively with multiple stake holders to ensure completion of request. (Service partners, HR Operations)
  • Technical understanding of Terms and Conditions, HR frameworks, master data rules to ensure correct input including a sound understanding of local Asset or Functional context. 
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement and growth mindset when approaching all aspects of the role and processes executed.

About You

 

  • Extensive years of demonstrated experience in HR Operations processes.
  • Familiarity and knowledge in navigating and utilizing HR tools like SAP, Employee Central, and case management systems.
  • Good stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and organizational skills which will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyze information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility.
