About the Role

If you have strong HR partnering and stakeholder engagement experience, process governance skills and you are proactive, driven and ready to make a difference, then this is a great opportunity for you to join our team.

As a HR Service Partner, you will:

  • Lead proactive HR partnering with data uplift through regular cadences with leaders, ensuring accurate and timely master data processing.
  • Support line leaders to handle complex or sensitive cases which require escalation management and drive for resolution.
  • Work closely with our HR Operations team and provide Asset/Function escalation support and coaching to uplift the customer experience.
  • Support leaders with complex HR Transactional matters including, pay escalations, movements and on time processing.
  • Provide support with restructures and project activities, including org structure builds, bulk people moves/people data submissions.
  • Collaborate with leaders to support planning activities, policy interpretation and execution of people changes.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the GBS HR value chain, including the embedment of BHP Operating System (BOS) routines.
  • Execute HR projects and initiatives aligned to the operational priorities of the team and function.

About You

  • Experience in HR Project Management to support asset wide initiatives. 
  • Have previous HR Generalist or transactional experience in a complex and fast paced environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature. 
  • Understanding of HR tools, complex processes and systems with experience using SAP and Success Factors (would be of benefit) 
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and can actively identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes and drive improvement projects.  
  • Ability to build strong rapport and trusted working relationships, a deep focus on uplifting customer experience and proven stakeholder management and prioritisation.  
  • Requirement of the role is ad hoc site travel to support our customers.
